Who you are buying from

Molentra operates this store. When you place an order you are buying from us, and we are who you deal with if anything goes wrong. You will not be handed off to anyone else.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price we charge. Import duty, where a country charges it, is separate and is set by your government.

Your order

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. If something is out of stock after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel a free of charge any time before it ships. Once it ships, use the returns process instead.

Our liability

We are responsible for the goods arriving as described. We are not responsible for how you choose to use them.
