Where we ship

Molentra ships worldwide. Prices are in US dollars and include our handling.

How long it takes

We pack within one working day of your payment clearing.

After that, delivery time depends on where you are, which warehouse your item ships from and which service covers your address. Those are things our fulfilment partner works out for your exact order, so we show you the estimate at checkout rather than printing a number here that would be wrong for most people.

If we cannot get an estimate at the moment you order, we say so plainly instead of guessing, and the real dates appear on your order page once the parcel is booked.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it ships. You can also track without logging in, using your order number and the email you ordered with.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import duty on parcels from overseas. That charge comes from your government, not from us, and it is not included in the price you paid. If it applies, the carrier will contact you before delivery.

If something goes wrong

If tracking stops moving for more than seven days, tell us. We will chase the carrier and you will not have to.
