What we collect

To sell you something and get it to your door we need your name, email, delivery address and phone number. If you make an account we also keep your order history and any addresses you save.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by our payment provider, and your card details go to them rather than to us.

Who we share it with

• Our fulfilment partner, who needs your delivery address to send the parcel.
• Our payment provider, who needs enough to take the payment.
• Our email provider, who sends the order updates.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any price.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. If you close your account we remove everything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it.
